The Version Luna VI (6.5) update for Genshin Impact is scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, 2026, arriving in the evening for Latin American countries like Colombia and Mexico. Players in Spain can expect it in the early hours of Wednesday, April 8.
New Character Banners
The first phase of this version will feature a banner for Linnéa, available from the evening of April 7, 2026. This banner will also include the rerun of Chasca.
Phase 2, running from April 28 until the end of the version, will see the return of banners for Lauma and Nefer.
Additionally, a special collective banner for five-star Fontaine characters—Emilie, Clorinde, Navia, Sigewinne, and Lyney—along with their signature weapons will be available.
New Weapons
Linnéa's signature weapon will be featured on the weapon banner alongside her character banner. This is the Frostbitten Oath Branch bow (5★ – CRIT DMG 19.2%), available on the weapon gachapon at the same time as Linnéa's banner.
It increases DEF by 16%. When the wielder hits an enemy with their Elemental Skill or the Lunar Crystallization reaction, they gain the "Frost Fairy's Grace" effect for 6 seconds, increasing Geo Damage and Lunar Crystallization damage by 40%. If a Lunar Pillar is nearby while this effect is active, other nearby characters in the party gain the "Frost Fairy's Mischief" effect, boosting Geo Damage and Lunar Crystallization damage by 20%. This effect can be triggered even when the wielder is in the party but not active on the field.
New Map
Version Luna VI (6.5) of Genshin Impact will introduce a new map expansion: Dornman Port, located north of Cider Lake in Mondstadt.
This region's new adventure will partially unfold around an abandoned sanatorium.
Additionally, players will explore a new sub-zone called the Asmoday Space, featuring environments inspired by regions such as Sumeru and Fontaine.
