EVO Awards 2026: Celebrating the Best of the Fighting Game Community

Key Winners at the EVO Awards 2026
Arslan Ash claimed the highly anticipated Player of the Year award, triumphing over nominees like Xiao Hai, Blaz, Go1, and MenaRD. Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves secured the Game of the Year title. A significant highlight was the induction of three legends into the EVO Hall of Fame: Ryan Hart (UK), Mike Watson (USA), and Shinya Onuki (Japan), recognizing their long-standing contributions to the competitive scene.

On the competitive front, an exhibition tournament for Invincible Vs (set for release on April 30, 2026) took place. Player Grr emerged victorious, defeating Justin Wong in the finals with a team comprising Bulletproof, Invincible, and Monster Girl. An open beta for the game was confirmed for the weekend of April 9th.
