Despite her youthful appearance with silver hair and Victorian attire, Ingrid is an ancient being, a deity known as the “Eternal Goddess.”
Her primary power is Psycho Power, but unlike the corrupted and malicious version used by M. Bison, Ingrid’s is the pure, original source of this energy. She claims to be the true owner of this power, viewing Bison as a mere thief incapable of wielding such magnitude.
Beyond her immense strength, Ingrid possesses psychic abilities superior to those of Rose, enabling her to know strangers’ names and foresee destinies. Her most exceptional trait is the ability to travel through time, allowing her to observe human events from an external perspective.
