Pokémon Home has received a significant update (version 4.0.0), available since April 2nd on Nintendo Switch and mobile devices, following maintenance on the night of April 1st. This update not only enables connectivity with Pokémon Legends: Z-A (available for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2) but also introduces support for Latin American Spanish.
The integration with Pokémon Legends: Z-A comes with certain restrictions. Any Pokémon caught in Z-A cannot be transferred to previous games. Furthermore, if you transfer a Pokémon from a previous game to Z-A, it will remain permanently in Z-A and cannot be returned to its original game or to Pokémon Home.
Pokémon Home Connection with Pokémon Champions

The connection between Pokémon Home and Pokémon Champions will be active starting April 8th, operating under a strict “visit” system. Up to 30 Pokémon can be sent simultaneously to Champions, with a total limit of 1000 Pokémon within the game. While a Pokémon is in Champions, it will remain locked in Pokémon Home, preventing its trade or transfer to other titles. It can only be released from this lock by being manually returned from the Pokémon Champions interface, and it will continue to occupy a space in Home.
For those wishing to send more than 30 Pokémon to Champions, a Pokémon Home Premium subscription and storage expansion within Pokémon Champions will be required.
