- Le Mans Sarthe Basket
Basketball Champions League

Qualification for the Basketball Champions League and FIBA Europe Cup is determined by the FIBA Europe BCL Country Ranking, which evaluates the performance of clubs from each nation over the past three European seasons. France’s success in recent years has secured them three BCL spots and two FIBA Europe Cup spots for the 2026-2027 season.
The allocation of these spots is based on sporting achievements in the Betclic ÉLITE and Coupe de France, following the priority order set by the LNB’s sporting regulations.
Competitions organized by Euroleague Commercial Assets (ECA), namely the EuroLeague and EuroCup, operate on an invitation and licensing system directly managed by the organizer for selected clubs.
