Following a period of rest after his tenure with Monaco concluded without the desired outcome, the Greek national team coach is reportedly on FC Barcelona’s radar, according to information from Encestando. This comes as current coach Xavi Pascual is rumored to be leaving the club this summer.
Spanoulis, who experienced an unfortunate Euroleague final loss last season with the Roca Team, is one of the most sought-after coaches for the upcoming summer transfer window. His arrival at Barcelona could have a dual implication, as the Catalan club is also considered a strong contender to sign Mike James.
Xavi Pascual Potentially Moving to Dubai
Xavi Pascual returned to the helm of FC Barcelona during the season. Despite the resurgence in form attributed to the Spanish tactician, Barça fell short of securing a playoff spot in the Euroleague.
