As has been customary in recent years, Izo Okada has posted the first preview of Saint Seiya Tenkai-Hen. It’s worth noting that what Okada or Kurumada typically shares on their blog doesn’t reveal any major plot points.

However, in one of the panels, the goddess Ker appears accompanied by what looks like a specter. Who is Ker, the goddess appearing in the first spoilers of the Heavenly saga of the Knights of the Zodiac?
Ker, the goddess of destiny, is a deity belonging to the Underworld pantheon, recognized as the younger sister of the twin gods Hypnos and Thanatos. Among her capabilities are mastery of the cosmos and psychic abilities such as teleportation and mind control, which allow her to even erase memories of third parties’ existence. Interestingly, her conception integrates two mythologies: while in Greek tradition she is the goddess of violent death, here she takes on the role of a fate strategist, using the Lemures (the Roman version of the Keres) to execute her will without needing to directly intervene on the battlefield most of the time.

With the revelation of the illustration that will be available at Gamers, it can be assumed that, as is customary, this will be used as the cover for Weekly Shonen Champion #24.
