With the Final Showdown’s first phase now concluded, players can now find Vault Access Keys for The Seven’s Complex and the Ice King’s Vault in Fortnite. Unsure of their locations or how to make them appear? Don’t worry, this guide will tell you everything you need to know.
Please note that these vaults have only been accessible since Saturday, April 11th, when The Foundation’s and The Ice King’s teams completed all necessary rivalries to unlock the access keys as rewards during the season’s event.
Accessing The Seven’s Complex Vault
The vault is located on the lower level of The Seven’s Complex in New Sanctuary (marked with a red star on the map below). To access it, you’ll need the Access Key, which can spawn in any of the buildings surrounding this area.
We’ve found the key in the buildings marked with red circles on the map below. The exact spawn location is randomized each match. It’s possible it could appear in other surrounding buildings, but this has not yet been confirmed.
The Seven’s Complex Vault Access Key is a legendary item and appears on the ground. You don’t need to open chests or do anything special for it to spawn.
You can also obtain it by eliminating a player who has already picked it up.
With the key in your possession, head to the vault on the lower level of The Seven’s Complex. It’s the enormous blue door at the back. Use the key on the console next to it, and you’re in! Inside, you can find a Chaos Cube and several blue chests. It’s also possible to find the mythical version of The Seven’s Gauntlets, but this is not guaranteed.
Accessing The Ice King’s Vault
The vault is located on the southern part of the bridge leading to the castle in Frosty Fortress (marked with a red star on the map below). To access it, you’ll need the Access Key, which can spawn in any of the ruined buildings in the icy parts of the map.
We’ve found the key in the ruins marked with red circles on the map below. The exact spawn location is randomized each match. It’s possible it could appear in other surrounding buildings, but this has not yet been confirmed.
The Ice King’s Vault Access Key is also a legendary item and appears on the ground. You don’t need to open chests or do anything special for it to spawn.
