Negotiations are advancing between Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona for Ferran Torres. While a full agreement between Paris and Barcelona has not yet been reached, the player has reportedly agreed to a five-year contract with the Parisian club. Spanish media indicates that Ferran Torres will not be participating in Barcelona's training session this Wednesday, suggesting that discussions are progressing very well between the two clubs. The transfer is expected to be finalized for a fee of approximately €55 million, including bonuses.

Earlier, Barcelona rejected an initial offer from PSG, estimated at €40 million with bonuses, for the Spanish World Cup winner. Torres, whose contract with Barcelona extends to June 2027, had remained non-committal about his future in recent interviews. The versatile winger, acquired in 2021 for over €55 million, has been playing as a backup striker to Robert Lewandowski since Hansi Flick took charge of the Catalan club in the summer of 2024.
