It has been reported that Barcelona initiated an offer for Bastoni amounting to approximately €45 million, an offer which was reportedly rejected outright by Inter.
Conversely, other sources suggest that Inter is steadfast in its demand for a minimum fee of €60 million, potentially increasing to €70 million with performance-based bonuses. To circumvent the high cash transfer fee ranging from €60m to €70m, Barcelona is reportedly considering including one of their own players in a swap deal with Inter.
Potential players mentioned for such an exchange include Gerard Martin, Ferran Torres, or even Dani Olmo.
Should Bastoni indeed depart this summer, Inter is reportedly eyeing Sassuolo's Tarik Muharemovic as a potential replacement.
