Overwatch Season 2: Sierra, New Skins, Diablo Collaboration, and More
Following the introduction of a new character, let's explore all the additional updates coming to Overwatch in 'Summit', its second season of 2026. This season kicks off on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
The highlight of the new season is the introduction of Sierra, a new damage hero. She possesses the ability to mark enemies for tracking, and utilize a drone for mobility and area-of-effect attacks.
Accompanying Sierra's arrival is the event Operation: Grand Mesa, which will delve into her backstory.
A significant focus for many players in a new season is the cosmetic additions. This season will feature fairy-themed skins in the Battle Pass, a 'painter' ultimate skin for Sierra, and Japanese-themed cosmetics in the shop. An introductory bundle will also include a charming panda skin for Jetpack Cat.
Mid-season will bring a collaboration with Diablo, featuring a legendary skin for Ramattra.
