Brandon Paul is making a comeback to Chalon. He began last season with JL Bourg, averaging 7.3 points and 1.8 rebounds in 11 games, before joining Chalon in late February. There, he posted 13.3 points and 2.3 rebounds, also in 11 appearances. The American guard, who has an impressive resume, most recently played in Mexico with Fuerza Regia, where he averaged 10.5 points and 2.0 rebounds.
“I am thrilled to see Brandon back in our colors,” commented coach Elric Delord. “Despite the bad news about Nate’s injury, we are fortunate to be able to register Brandon’s arrival. He is a leader, a competitor, returning to the Colisée. Brandon’s arrival will undoubtedly help us in our remaining games this season.”
Chalon has at least three more games scheduled: against Le Portel, Strasbourg, and then a play-in game against either Nancy or Boulazac.
