Two-time Grand Slam mixed doubles champion Andrey Olkhovsky shared his insights and expectations regarding the upcoming match between young star Mirra Andreeva and American player Coco Gauff in the quarterfinals of the WTA 1000 tournament in Madrid.
According to Olkhovsky, “It will be a very tough match for Mirra against Gauff. Coco hasn`t been showing brilliant results lately, she hasn`t had any major wins. But she is always a dangerous opponent. Based on her potential, Gauff should definitely be in the top 3 on the Tour. With her, you never really know what to expect. She can serve at a high level and play very aggressively and powerfully. She is a very dangerous opponent, especially here in Madrid.”
