Julie Allemand, a former point guard from the French championship, was named the tournament's MVP. It's also worth noting the significant contribution from bench players, who averaged 38 points per game, even with minor injuries to Billie Massey and Bethy Mununga.
Following a fourth-place finish at the 2018 World Cup in Tenerife and a similar result at the 2024 Paris Olympics, the Belgians are now aiming for a World Championship podium finish in Berlin.
