The NCAA tournaments aren`t the only competitions delivering surprises this March.
The first season of TGL culminates in a best-of-three championship series for the SoFi Cup at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, on Monday and Tuesday.
In the semifinals, fourth-seeded New York Golf Club defeated top-seeded Los Angeles Golf Club 6-4, while No. 3 Atlanta Drive GC upset No. 2 The Bay Golf Club 9-3.

New York Golf Club aims to avenge a 4-0 loss to Atlanta Drive GC on January 21, the first shutout in TGL history.
In their previous match, Atlanta Drive excelled in putting, making 65 feet of putts, including a 24-footer from Thomas. New York Golf Club only made 15 feet of putts.
Atlanta Drive GC has shown strength in singles matches this season, leading the league with 23 points. Horschel tops the league with eight singles points, and Thomas and Glover are undefeated in singles this season.
Atlanta Drive GC is ranked second in TGL in strokes gained: ball striking and putts made, and is also strong in driving accuracy and greens in regulation.
Key to Atlanta`s Success: Continue strong singles play and strategic use of the `Hammer,` which doubles the point value of a hole. Atlanta Drive GC leads the league in points gained with the Hammer.
New York Golf Club`s Strengths: New York Golf Club has excelled in triples competition, securing 17 points in the alternate-shot format, tied for second in the league. They also rank second in average driver distance and ball speed.
Key to New York`s Success: Maintain momentum from recent wins and secure points in triples matches to build a lead before singles, where Atlanta has been dominant.
