Scottie Scheffler, a two-time Masters champion, will once again curate the menu for the Masters Club dinner in 2025.
This tradition, honoring the defending champion, began in 1952. It’s an exclusive dinner for Masters champions and the club chairman.
Scheffler, who won his second green jacket last year, has designed a menu reflecting his Texas roots.
The dinner will commence with an appetizer selection of cheeseburger sliders, firecracker shrimp, and meatball and ravioli bites. Guests will then enjoy Texas-style chili, followed by a choice of cowboy ribeye or blackened redfish for the main course.
Dessert will feature a warm chocolate chip skillet cookie served with vanilla bean ice cream.
This Tex-Mex menu is a departure from the Spanish flavors of the 2024 dinner hosted by Jon Rahm, but it closely resembles Scheffler’s menu from 2023.
The consistency suggests a simple philosophy: “if it’s not broke, don’t fix it,” especially when it comes to a winning menu, perhaps including his favorite tortilla soup.
