Calisto and the Olympus Plot Against Athena
Phase 5 begins with Seiya and Shun returning home. Concerned about his sister’s well-being, Seiya explicitly asks Shun to keep recent events a secret from Seika. However, discretion is not Andromeda’s strong suit. When questioned by Seika, Shun becomes extremely nervous, immediately arousing her suspicion.
Meanwhile, in the celestial realm, Calisto relays Artemis’s direct orders to Lascoumoune. Their conversation takes a dangerous turn when Calisto implies that if Athena’s mere existence causes Artemis eternal suffering, action must be taken. She implicitly orders Athena’s assassination.
The Return of Ikki of the Phoenix in the Saint Seiya Tenkai-Hen Manga
The action shifts to the Sanctuary at night, in front of Aiolos’s testament engraving, where Shun and Ikki cross paths. The Phoenix Saint stops his brother to ask a peculiar question: if he collected certain flowers in the Elysian Fields.
A key mythological detail is revealed here: flowers that grow in the Elysian Fields of the underworld possess eternal life. This quality has been inherited, to some extent, by the flowers of the Earth’s Elysian Fields, which remain fresh for a full year after being cut. After recalling a nostalgic memory of seeing a flower bloom in a place resembling hell in the past, Ikki decides to leave, leaving Shun alone.
Ker Enters the Fray
According to these early spoilers, chapter 5 of the Saint Seiya Tenkai-Hen manga concludes with Saori finally arriving at the Elysian Fields of the Underworld, having previously instructed Jean to be her guide. However, this peace is short-lived as the fearsome Ker makes an appearance and completely destroys Jean, tearing him to pieces instantly.
Faced with this unexpected and brutal threat, Saori maintains a neutral expression, as she has no knowledge of the entity before her. Unintimidated, Ker reveals her dark past, confessing to instigating Saga and Kanon during the Sanctuary era with the intention of subsequently attacking Athena directly.
When is Phase or Chapter 6 of the Saint Seiya Tenkai-Hen Manga Released?
The first batch of chapters for the Saint Seiya: Tenkai-Hen manga will deviate from the usual eight-episode format of Next Dimension, offering a short season of six chapters.
