Ryan Spann (22-11) aims to return to the win column after a second-round knockout loss to Waldo Cortes-Acosta in March, which brought his overall UFC record to 8-6. Once boasting quick finishes over opponents like Ion Cutelaba and Dominick Reyes in 2022, “Superman” has since lost four of his last five fights, three of which were by stoppage. His only victory during this period was a bonus-winning guillotine submission against Ovince Saint Preux in October 2024.
Lukasz Brzeski (9-6-1, 1 NC) is in an even more precarious position within the UFC, having secured only one win in his seven trips to the octagon. His appearance on Dana White’s Contender Series resulted in a no-contest after his victory was overturned due to a positive drug test. Despite this setback, the Polish fighter was signed by the UFC. He subsequently suffered three consecutive losses against Martin Buday, Karl Williams, and Waldo Cortes-Acosta before earning a split decision win over Valter Walker. However, his last two outings saw him suffer first-round stoppage losses to Mick Parkin and Kennedy Nzechukwu on pay-per-view cards.
