
British tennis player Emma Raducanu has expressed her positive outlook despite her quarterfinal loss at the WTA 1000 tournament in Miami, USA. She was defeated in three sets by American Jessica Pegula, with the match concluding with a score of 6-4, 6-7(3), 6-2.
Raducanu stated, “Despite the defeat, I see some positives from this week. I`m looking forward with optimism.”
She added, “I think I need to reassess what I am doing. This week was good, and now I need to plan my further preparations.”
“The fact that I feel competitive again, joyful on the court, and relaxed off the court is already the main thing I have managed to achieve. I can be satisfied with this,” Raducanu concluded.
