World No. 9 Paula Badosa recently discussed which qualities she would want to adopt from other tennis players on the circuit.
She particularly highlighted speed as an attribute she envies. “I wish I had the speed of Iga Swiatek or Coco Gauff,” Badosa stated. Comparing her game style to theirs, she added, “I am bigger, more powerful, explosive, but perhaps not as fast as they are – they are shorter and quicker. If I could reach balls like them and combine that with my power, that would be perfect.”
