World No. 2 Iga Swiatek shared her disappointment regarding her coach`s conduct during her match against Alexandra Eala at the Miami tournament. The Polish player was defeated by the Filipina in the quarterfinals with scores of 2-6, 5-7.
Swiatek mentioned, “I don`t appreciate receiving prompts after every single point, which is why, towards the end of the match, I struggled to concentrate on the game. But it`s alright, we will reflect on it. In recent matches, Wim`s advice has been helpful. We will definitely address this issue.”
