World No. 2 Carlos Alcaraz discussed his current 20-match winning streak. Today at Wimbledon, he confidently defeated Oliver Tarvet in the second round with a score of 6/1, 6/4, 6/4.
When asked how it feels to be in such excellent form after 20 consecutive victories, he replied:
“I think I`ve found the right approach. I try to enjoy every match regardless of the result. This is probably the key to my success over the past two or three months.”
“When you`re on a winning streak like this, you just try to keep it going. Playing in this tournament, on this court, I`m just trying to move forward. I see it as a gift and I try to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Wimbledon as much as possible. We`ll see how far I can go,” Alcaraz said in his on-court interview.
