A women`s flyweight match has been added to the UFC`s event in Atlanta.
Sources familiar with the plans have confirmed that Jamey-Lyn Horth will fight Tereza Bleda at UFC Atlanta. The event is scheduled for June 14th at State Farm Arena.
Horth, a seasoned UFC fighter, will be making her fifth appearance in the octagon. Her UFC record shows a mix of wins and losses. In her most recent fight, she lost to Miranda Maverick by unanimous decision at UFC Tampa last December. Prior to that, the former LFA flyweight champion secured victories against Hailey Cowan and Ivana Petrovic in the promotion.
Bleda is aiming to extend her winning streak after achieving her first UFC win in her last fight, where she defeated Gabriella Fernandes by unanimous decision. Bleda, aged 23, will return to the octagon almost two years after that victory, following her withdrawal from a planned fight against Casey O’Neill at UFC 305 in August.
