24-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic of Serbia has admitted that he doesn`t have high hopes for his performance at the Monte Carlo Masters tournament in Monaco. According to the tennis player, he is still experiencing some eye problems that began before the Miami Masters final in the USA.
“I feel great here. I have been working in Monte Carlo for 15 years and I know this club well, I have trained on these courts for so many years.”
“When it comes to this tournament, I have special motivation, and I want to go as far as possible.”
“However, my expectations are lower compared to other tournaments because I have not had enough time to prepare for the clay season and this tournament. I still have some health issues related to Miami,” the tennis player said.
