UFC President Dana White shared a close-up and graphic photo with fans, revealing the extent of Daniel Frunza`s lip injury after his fight was stopped at UFC Vegas 105.
During the preliminary fight on Saturday against Rhys McKee, Frunza endured a brutal first round. Despite almost being finished several times, Frunza showed determination going into the second round. However, a severe cut and tear to Frunza’s lip led the ringside doctor to halt the fight, a decision widely considered necessary.

McKee celebrated his first UFC victory after suffering defeats in his initial four promotional appearances. This win was crucial for him to remain in the UFC. The Cage Warriors veteran now has 10 first-round finishes in his career.
