The full roster of participants for the semi-finals of the Miami Open WTA tennis tournament has now been determined.
On Thursday, March 26, Belarusian tennis star Aryna Sabalenka, seeded first, secured her place in the next round. She overcame American qualifier Hailey Baptiste in a challenging quarter-final match with a score of 6-7(6), 6-4, 6-4. This victory completed the highly anticipated semi-final lineup.
In the semi-finals, the world No. 1, Aryna Sabalenka, will face Kazakhstan’s Elena Rybakina, who is seeded third. The other exciting semi-final clash will see fourth-seeded Coco Gauff of the USA compete against Karolina Muchova from the Czech Republic, seeded thirteenth.
These crucial semi-final matches are scheduled to take place across March 26 and March 27.
