World No. 2 German tennis player Alexander Zverev has declared that he considers the 2025 edition of Roland Garros (the French Open) to be the most significant objective of his career at this juncture.
“I won`t lie if I say that my main goal right now is Roland Garros. I`ll be happy if I win a title here in Rome, or at any other tournament I participate in. Munich was extremely important for me because before that tournament I wasn`t playing very well, and winning on the courts in Germany was extremely important. And I really want to win here in Rome too, but I must always keep one eye on Paris,” Zverev stated in an interview with Tennis Channel.
Alexander Zverev has successfully advanced to the fourth round of the current ATP Masters 1000 tournament in Rome. He is the defending champion of the event.
